問:「運送和安裝服務的費用是多少?」

對於總購買金額超過HK$6,000的訂單,我們提供免費運送和組裝服務(某些產品可能不符合此條款,詳情請參閱我們的運送和安裝條款)。如果訂單的總購買金額低於HK$6,000,則需要支付基本費用HK$400作為運送和組裝服務費用。

對於有現貨庫存的產品,我們通常在下單後的14個工作日內安排交貨。沒有庫存的產品訂購通常需要3-6週的時間。請注意,我們的送貨服務時間是週一至週六,上午11:00至下午7:00,不包括週日和公眾假期。

我們的送貨和安裝服務涵蓋九龍、新界和香港島地區。然而,請注意,愉景灣和離島地區不在免費送貨範圍內。如需送貨至愉景灣,需要額外支付HK$300的費用。

如果建築物內沒有電梯,或者送貨的物品無法通過電梯運輸並需要走樓梯上樓,客戶需要支付攜帶上樓的額外費用。每組六個階梯被視為一層,每層收取HK$80的費用。從第四層開始,每個後續的樓層費用將加倍。如需送貨至八樓或以上,請聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊進一步安排。

如果您需要更改訂單的交貨時間或地址,請在預定交貨日期的至少兩個工作日前聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊。一旦訂單已發貨,我們可能無法進一步更改。

送貨及安裝

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods ("Products") sold under the trademark of "Gavisco" and/or such other trademarks listed as shopping items through this website ("Website") by Gavisco Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Gavisco," "we," "us," or "our") and purchased by you, the purchaser (referred to as "Customer," "you," or "your"). These terms and conditions, together with your purchase order ("Order"), constitute the entire contract ("Contract") between us and you for the sale of Products by us and the purchase of Products by you.

2. Delivery and Assembly

  1. Goods in stock will be delivered and installed within 14 working days. If an item is out of stock or is a special order item, lead times of up to approximately 2-16 weeks will apply. We will notify you if this is the case.
  2. For orders with a total purchase amount over HK$6,000, we provide free delivery and assembly services. However, please note that some products may not be eligible for these terms. Please refer to our delivery and installation terms for more information. If the order's total purchase amount is below HK$6,000, a basic fee of HK$400 will be required for delivery and assembly services.
  3. Our free delivery and installation services cover Kowloon, New Territories, and Hong Kong Island. However, please note that Discovery Bay and outlying islands are not included. For deliveries to Discovery Bay, an additional fee of HK$300 is required.
  4. If there is no elevator in the building or if the purchased items cannot be transported via the elevator and need to be carried up stairs, customers are responsible for paying the stair charge. Each set of six steps is counted as one floor, and a fee of HK$80 is charged per floor. Starting from the fourth floor, the fee is doubled for each subsequent floor. For deliveries to the eighth floor and above, please contact our customer service team for further arrangements.
  5. If you need to make changes to the delivery time or address, please contact our customer service team at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been shipped out, we may not be able to make further changes.
  6. The following products are not eligible for our installation and assembly services:

    1. Products that explicitly state they do not include installation service.

    2. Ergotron and Brateck products.

    3. Monitor arms.

    4. Accessories products.

    5. Electronic parts such as socket plates, light sets, and power cables.

    Please note that while we strive to include all relevant products, this list may not cover every item excluded from our service terms. We encourage you to inquire about specific products to confirm their eligibility for installation and assembly services.

  7. The color accuracy in product photos may vary from the actual product. To obtain the most accurate representation, we recommend referring to the final physical product.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to Hong Kong. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services, so please stay tuned for any updates regarding international shipping options in the future.

4. Product Acceptance and Inspection

  1. Gavisco shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver the ordered Products to the Customer according to the quoted delivery dates. However, any dates quoted are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract. Gavisco shall not be liable for any increased cost, loss of profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of Products.
  2. If due to force majeure or factors beyond our control, there is a delay or inability to deliver the Products, the seven-day inspection guarantee and the terms herein, including but not limited to war, riot, natural disasters, fire, industrial trade restrictions imposed by the government, explosions, or other disasters, Gavisco shall not be held responsible.
  3. In the event of a typhoon signal no. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning being in effect or any other force majeure factors that prevent timely delivery, all delivery services will be temporarily suspended and rearranged. No compensation will be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Disclaimers

  1. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the goods upon delivery. If, upon inspection, you find that the received product does not meet the expected standards or is damaged, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer an exchange for the product. However, once the customer has confirmed the receipt of the goods and accepted them, we do not offer refunds.
  2. Acceptance of Products: If delivered Products are not in good condition, the Customer must notify Gavisco within seven (7) days of delivery. Otherwise, the delivered Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the placed Order. Gavisco reserves the right to replace or repair the defective Products at our discretion. In case of dispute, Gavisco reserves the right for the final decision.
  3. These service terms may be available in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancies, the English version will prevail and serve as the basis for the final decision.
  4. All product photos and information provided on our website are intended for reference purposes only. The final decision regarding your purchase should be based on the actual physical product.
  5. Gavisco reserves the right to make the final decision on any matters related to our services. We also retain the right to amend these service terms as necessary.
